Sixth plate tintype of a group of six men, three seated and three standing, posed in front of a painted woodland backdrop. All six men wear dark suits with ribbons on their lapels. Two of the men seated at front are holding kepis on their laps. Both caps have a square insignia on the disc. Under magnification a 5^th Corps badge can be discerned on the square patch. The man seated at center also wears a GAR membership badge over his ribbon. The image is clear with good contrast but it is a tad dark. There are some light surface scratches but nothing major. The plate comes in a brass frame but no mat and in a half case.
