Very nice excavated relic grouping. Consists of six general service “eagle” coat buttons, one Eagle “I” coat button, one flat button, one New York cuff button, one Connecticut cuff button, a company letter “D”, and a finial from the end of a bayonet scabbard. The New York and Connecticut cuff buttons both have nice traces of gilt highlighting the details of their faces. All other pieces are in solid shape and are still dirt covered and pretty much “as dug”.
