Measures approximately 1 ¾ inches long. This Confederate fuse adapter has the remains of a paper time fuse. Brass has some surface dirt, as well as light oxidation resulting in an uneven greenish hue. Condition is overall very good. Relic was recovered from Antietam, and has been labelled “BANKS FORD” with black ink on the top of the adapter.
