Soldier-made nipple protector (Snap Cap). Made from a C.S. .54 caliber Gardner bullet to protect nipple and hammer. Bullet side feature the impression of the hammer while the opposite side has the impression of a musket nipple. Good condition with perfect patina.  [jet]
