This is a single, excavated cavalry spur. Civilian or Confederate style spur with scalloped edges. No rowel. Light patina on the brass, may have been over cleaned by the “digger”. In very good “dug” condition. Old string tag states that it was recovered at the Pritchett farm in Spotsylvania, VA. [jet]
