Barrel meas. approx. 25.00 inches long. The front sight is present at the muzzle and the rear sight at the breech. Rear sight retains both flip-up leaves which are now frozen. Bolster with clean out screw is present but nipple is missing. Breech plug tang is broken at the screw hole.
The barrel surface is heavily pitted but very clean having undergone electrolysis.
The item has a very slight bend to it. [ad]
