RELIC DRUMMER BOY PLATE

$45.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: 1054-1431

Offered here is the clipped-corner, brass plate that was worn on the shoulder harness.  It would have had two brass tubes mounted on the front to hold drum sticks. A rusty stain on the back shows where the iron belt hooks were once attached. The brass has a nice “dug” patina.  Recovered in Virginia.  [jet]
