Plate has a very attractive face with an even, smooth, light patina. For a dug plate the face is in very nice condition and is free from any major dings or dents.

Reverse has 100% of the lead fill with both iron hooks present.

Diggers name is written on the back in black ink.

Plate was recovered in central Virginia.  [ad]
