Straps are a bit narrower than usual and meas. approx. 1.25 by 3.50 inches. Each has a single border of gold bullion thread. This border is outlined with both an inner and outer jaceron border of dead bullion. The rank field is done in yellow wool to denote the Cavalry branch and has a spread-winged eagle at center to denote rank.
The back of these straps are nicely covered with brown polished cotton.
Aside from some light surface dirt this pair of straps are in excellent condition. [AD]
