Off white ribbon meas. approx. 2.00 x 5.50 inches with gold lettering that reads “DELEGATE 14^TH ANNUAL SESSION GRAND CAMP C.V. VA. PETERSBURG, VA. OCTOBER 23-26-1901.” The center portion of the ribbon has full color crossed Confederate battle flag and Virginia state flag. Flags are rippled to look like they are waving in the breeze. Very well done.
