Badge features a celluloid button with a blue star in the center. Edges of button show a U.S. flag. Hanging from button is a red, white and blue striped silk ribbon with gold lettering that reads, "22nd ANNUAL REUNION / 136th REG'T N.Y.V. / PERRY, N.Y., SEPT. 3, 1901".

Original pin is on reverse. Maker's labels on reverse are from the Whitehead & Hoag Co.

Badge measures 5" long by 2" wide. A pinhole is present at the top center where pin has poked through the ribbon, and it shows slight fraying at the bottom.  [sl]
