White ribbon that meas. approx. 2.00 inches wide x 5.50 inches long. At center is a 1^st Division, 6^th Corps badge. Arranged around the arms of the cross are 15 N. J. V.” with the word “VET.” Above the badge is “RE-UNION” while below it is “WASHINGTON, N. J. OCTOBER 22, 1891.”

Ribbon is in overall good condition.
