Top bronze-colored hanger reads, “EASTON, PA. JUNE 1915” with a coat of arms in the center. Reverse has a hinged pin. Suspended from the top hanger is a plain red ribbon that is attached to the cross-bar and disk drop. The cross-bar reads “REPRESENTATIVE” with nothing on the back. The disk features the bust of Commander John A. Fairman. The reverse features laurels and reads, “49th ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT DEPT. OF PENNA. G.A.R. EASTON JUNE-1915”. Ribbon is in excellent condition.
