Gold colored silk ribbon features an image of the Cuyahoga Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument with brown lettering that reads, “WELCOME TO CLEVELAND / NEXT ENCAMPMENT G.-A.-R. 1901”. Measures 7 ½” x 2 ¼”. Light surface dirt is present.

The Cuyahoga County Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument is a monument to Civil War soldiers and sailors from Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Located in the southeast quadrant of Public Square in downtown Cleveland, it opened July 4, 1894.  [sm]
