Dark red silk ribbon is suspended from a brass hangar which is missing the insert. Original pin is present on the reverse. Gold lettering reads, “DELEGATE / 29TH ANNUAL CONVENTION N.Y. DEPT. DAUGHTERS OF VETERANS / BINGHAMTON JUNE 23-25, 1921”.

Ribbon measures approx. 4 ¼” x 1 ¼”. Ribbon is clean, has slight fraying at the bottom. [SM]
