Suspended from the bar is a very nice red ribbon that holds a slotted bar that reads “DELEGATE 1901.”
At bottom is circular drop with a GAR star with a major general’s shoulder strap at center surrounded by “GRAND ARMY OF THE REPUBLIC- DEPT. N.Y.” Reverse has the Seal of the State of New York surrounded by “COMPLIMENTS OF THE CITIZENS OF ROCHESTER, N.Y. 1901.”
