Light blue colored silk ribbon has black lettering that reads, "GUEST BOLTON POST NO. 471, G.A.R. / LANSINGBURGH. RE-UNION OF THE 115 N.Y.S. VOLS. AT WATERFORD AUGUST 26th, 1887". Image in center is a red colored G.A.R. membership badge. Bottom of ribbon is embellished with gold bouillon fringe.
Ribbon measures 9" long by 2.5" wide. Some fraying is present at the top, and two pinholes. [sl]
