At the top of this ribbon is a stamped brass bar with a pin on back and a scalloped design on the front. Attached to this bar is a white ribbon with red and blue lettering. The ribbon meas. approx. 7.00 inches long x 2.50 inches wide. At bottom is a strip of bullion tape with 1.50 inch long bullion tassels. Across the top of the ribbon in red is “G.A.R.” then in blue is “MEMORIAL POST 141 CLEVELAND.” At center running diagonally in red print is “OHIO.” The bottom of the ribbon has “NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. AUGUST 13, 1906” done in blue ink. Ribbon is in good condition with moderate surface dirt from age and storage.
