Photo is of two men wearing military uniforms of the 1890's. One is full standing and the other is seated. The man standing is an officer while the seated fellow is an enlisted man. Both are wearing the membership medal of the Sons of Union Veterans. "SV" is clearly visible on the collar of the officer while the seated man has crossed rifles, "SV" and a blurry number on the front of his hat.
