Square badge at bottom has crossed Rebel battle flag and Third Confederate National flag at center. Below this is a bust portrait of a veteran and above is a crescent moon. A band circles this design and is inscribed "61-U.C.V.-65 NEW ORLEANS, APRIL 25, 1906." Item is in very nice condition.
