This is a two piece badge. The upper piece has crossed battle flags with an arc between them that reads "JACKSONVILLE, FLA. 1914." Below this is an engraved view of the city. Back has pin. Suspended from this is a 5 armed cross. Each arm has insignia for a different branch of the Army and Navy. There is a circular disc superimposed over the cross. At center of the disc is the bust view of an older gent in UCV uniform. Around the edges of the disc is "24TH ANNUAL REUNION MAY 6-7-8 UCV."
