At the center of the disc is a square Confederate battlefield aka the St. Andrews’s Flag that contains two dark blue bands each with seven gold stars on them. Background center is painted in red enamel. The four wings each are stamped with unique markings. On the surface of the twelve o’clock position wing is “CHATTANOOGA / TN.” Three o’clock position shows; six o’clock shows “U. C. V.” while the nine o’clock position “MAY 26-29” is “1913”. Badge section was made by the Charles M. Robbins Co. / Attleboro, Mass.” A very attractive and distinctive looking badge device that would make a wonderful addition to any Civil War insignia display or United Confederate Veteran military collection.
