Helmet is painted a dark olive drab color and aside from some surface dirt and discoloration from age is in good condition. Both lug type air vents are present on the outside and there is very little paint loss and no major dings or dents.
The interior of the helmet has the leather ring section of the liner that is still anchored by two split rivets with the third one in the rear missing. Only two of the lining pads are present and one is loose. Interior of skirt has both of the chinstrap lugs but the strap itself is missing. Helmet is size stamped “64” and also has the number “64” stenciled to the inside surface in black paint. [ad]
