Typical World War Two issue Japanese steel helmet with mustered-khaki paint on both the exterior and interior. Exterior surface is free of dents. The paint surface is chipped on the sides and crown but overall 80% of it is present. Each side of the crown has two small vent holes and attached to the front is a star held in place by a split-pin.
The interior paint surface is 95% with small amounts missing around where the liner would be. The liner is gone but the woven green chinstrap remains. Two of the three split pins to anchor the liner are present. Interior rim has Japanese lettering on front and back. [ad]
