Massive hardcover is nicely bound in red cloth with title, volume number and author in gold on the spine. Covers are in very nice, clean condition.

Volume meas. approx. 6.50 x 9.50 inches and runs approx. 1295 pages. There is no index.

Binding is excellent and the interior is also like new. Text has seventy-one black and white photographs and six maps.
