This Note was printed by “Rawdon, Wright, Hatch and Edson” in New Orleans between 1847-1858. It is a bilingual Note in English and French. Red overprint on the front and back. The Goddesses of Commerce is in the center. There is also a Pelican feeding her young vignette. The Note is unissued.  [ws]
