This is very small powder flask, possibly of European manufacture and perhaps made on contract for an American retailer, intended for a pocket revolver or small single shot pistol. Measures approximately 3.75” long x 1.5” at widest point.
The copper body features a so-called “Shell” pattern and exhibits an attractive patina. The collar and spout are brass. The thumb tab and spring are present and operate perfectly.
These small flasks are quite collectible. [jet] [ph:L]
