Two patches, made of green silk, emblazoned with bullion caduceus & oval jaceron trim. Both are of identical interior size, 3. 125 x 2.125”. One is laid on a slightly larger rectangular patch with burlap backing, measuring 2.5 x 3.625”. The bullion with this patch exhibits slight tarnish - its silk exhibits light soiling with slightly curled lower right corner. Reverse backing tight and fine.

The smaller patch is an oval, measuring 3.375 x 2.375”. Green silk face displays light soiling and two moth nips at the jaceron trim lower left, with a tiny break in the jaceron at mid-point on the right. Burlap backing is somewhat chipped. Otherwise, both patches are in very good shape, and highly attractive. Also extremely rare.  [jp] [ph:L]
