Ribbon commemorates the gathering of the Batteries F and M of the U.S Artillery GAR Post no. 67. The name ‘THOS. H. COLE” is centered in gold boldface lettering. Thomas H. Cole was a member of the 4th U.S Light Artillery and commander of the Erie, PA GAR Post 67 in the mid 1880s. Item measures 7 ¼” long and 2” wide with fraying on the bottom.
