LETTER OF AUTHENTICITY POLICY
The Horse Soldier will provide for you, upon your request at the time of purchase, a signed & stamped letter of authenticity on our letterhead, which will be received separately in the mail approximately 4 to 6 weeks following your purchase or final layaway payment, due to the large number of requests that we receive.
Our policy requires that we will provide letters only for those items over a $50 minimum price, unless the item is from a collection that we specifically state that we will do letters for, such as the Geiselman or Rosensteel bullet collection.
If the item is under $50 and on the web, feel free to print the information and photos yourself; if the item is not on the web site you will have our receipts and tags. If the item is priced higher than $50 and not on our web site and you would like a letter to include more than just a brief description of what the item is (we would have a limited amount of information to give you, which may not include everything that is on the tag with the item), you may request that photos be taken before you leave the shop or the item is shipped to you, or feel free to e-mail photos to us.
THANK YOU!

WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT A SPECIFIC ITEM, WE ASK THAT YOU USE THE 'E-MAIL' OR 'INQUIRE' LINK ON THAT ITEM'S PAGE SO THAT THE ITEM CODE IS AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR MESSAGE. IF YOU INSTEAD USE OUR 'CONTACT' PAGE FROM THE LINK IN THE TOOLBAR AT THE TOP OF EACH PAGE, PLEASE INCLUDE THE ITEM CODE IN YOUR MESSAGE. THANK YOU!
