As you may be aware, the Texas Civil War Museum in Fort Worth, TX will be closing its doors on October 31, 2024.
We will be acquiring their collection in November. We will not be selling these items at auction, as has been reported in some articles, as that is not the service we offer. We will, however, be posting items on our web site, and selling them out of our shop in Gettysburg. Those postings will not begin until after we have obtained the collection and priced and inventoried the items, which will not happen until later in the year (at the earliest).
If there something specific you are are interested in acquiring rom the collection, we can add you to a customer request list for those items; please email us once with details regarding those items. If you have photos that would be helpful as well. We will add you to our database and will contact you in the order the requests are received when we are ready to begin selling.
Note that we do not have a list or photos of items available.
Thank you,
