Two piece convex button, coat size. High relief motif, eagle on a pedastal facing right, surrounded by 11 stars. This is the earlierst version of the blockade run button. BM: "RIVET'D & SOLDER'D" , with a lion and unicorn coat of arms; dm. English manufacture, possibly by Prussian producer Schnitzler & Kirshbaum. Shank present. Dull gilt patina. Good condition.
