First verse and chorus of song reads, “The Army is gath’ring from near and from far, The trumpet is sounding the call for the war, McClellan’s our leader, he’s gallant and strong, We’ll gird on our armor, and be marching along! Marching along, we are marching along, Gird on our armor and be marching along. McClellan’s our leader, he’s gallant and strong, For god and our country we are marching along.” Five verses total.
Measures 10” x 13 ¼”. Yellowing has occurred, with areas of spotting. Pages have separated from each other. Shows chipping and one small tear at left side. [sl]
