The stamp is un-cancelled as the cancellation was made on the upper left corner. Envelope is boldly addressed in ink to Wm. A. Bunke, Esqr, Staunton, Va.
Small envelope measures 5 ¼” x 3” with 1862 issue light blue Confederate stamp. [jet]
