The item is in very good condition. Blade has no visible markings. Socket has notch to accept bayonet lug. End swivels easily and spring remains strong. Socket was blued which has turned to a dark plum color. Wide trowel blade exhibits a mottled patina. No dings and only the slightest wear to the point.
Very nice example of an interesting bayonet. [jet]
