Brass powder flask in good condition. Bugle imprint on both sides. One side reads “PUBLIC PROPERTY” under the bugle. Measures approximately 7 inches long by 4 inches wide at base. Spout measures approximately 1 ¼ inches and has a working lever. Surface has some very minor dings.
