This shell came from the collection of Lee’s Headquarters Museum, one of the oldest private collections of relics and antiques in the Gettysburg area. Lee’s Headquarters Museum is located in the former Widow Thompson home, on the Chambersburg Pike (currently US Route 30 west).

Has remains of Bormann Fuse; only traces of lead fuse remains, spanner plug is visible. Has areas of grime, rest of body smooth.  [ws] [ph:L]
