The leather on the outer flap is supple and in good condition. The latch tab is solid and shows only slight wear.
The inner flap has both ears and a worn maker’s mark obscured by crazing.
Interior has none of the lamb’s wool and no pick. The body of the box is in very good condition. Brass finial is present at bottom.
Reverse has two complete belt loops. One shows some surface finish loss. [ad]
