Treen is distinctively different than other pieces made from wood such as furniture or cabinetry in that it is a name for small handmade vintage household items. Top of shaker lifts off to fill with pepper. Could be used for salt, as well. Measures 3 ¼” tall x 1 ¾’ at the base. Shaker is in in very good condition with no cracks in the wood, just some scuffing near the base and one chip at the top rim. This would be a great addition to an antique kitchen collection.     [sm/ld]
