CDV is a full seated view of a man holding his dog in his lap. The subject sits in a typical Victorian high-backed chair wearing a light colored mechanics cap, light civilian suit with dark collar and a white shirt with dark bowtie. A small dog sits in a resting position in his lap.
Image has good clarity and contrast. Paper and mount have darkened with age and there are some dirt smudges on the image.
Reverse has no photographer’s imprint. [ad]
