Seated view of a man in left profile wearing what looks to be a dark Navy officer’s frock coat. The coat does not have any shoulder straps or cuff stripes but is of the Navy pattern. He also wears matching dark vest and trousers.
Image has good contrast and clarity. Paper and mount are in good condition.
