This is a full seated view of a toddler girl. She is wearing a printed dress with bows at the shoulders and has her blonde hair arranged in curls.
Image is clear with good contrast, but some oxidation has occurred, including over the one eye.
Image comes housed in a full pressed paper case, which is lined in faded red velvet with an embossed design and photographer’s name, “D.T. LAWRENCE, ARTIST, NEWBURGH, N.Y.”. Case is split in two but is in good condition. Decorative brass mat surrounds the image. [SM]
