Fired from a 10 inch mortar. Has loading “ears” on either side of fuse hole. Used wooden fuse plug. Light minor surface pitting. Recovered Fort Thomas - Fort Whittlesey on the Ohio River, Kentucky. One of the forts defending Cincinnati, Ohio.
