This sheet brass CS clipped corner buckle was recovered from the greater Richmond area. Plate has a nice, rich patina. Reverse has original keeper and bar. Some surface dirt is present. Buckle has some slight bends. Plate features small holes on face where numbers or letters may have been attached.  [SM]
