Attractive and ready to hang on the wall, this shadow box contains a dozen nice relics. Items are mostly from Cold Harbor, Virginia, with a few from other locations as noted. Box measures 10” x 14” x 1 ½”.
The relics from Cold Harbor include Spence and Burnside cartridges and cases, a musket tool, bayonet scabbard tip, eagle coat button, and a fired bullet.
Additionally, there is a caltrop from near Ft. McHenry, melted bullets from Petersburg, and a very nice shako plume holder recovered near Frederick, Maryland.
All relics are wired to a red velvet back board and identified with old manual typewriter labels. [jet]
