Relic condition artifact of a brass folding hair/ beard comb. Found at Myre’s heights near Lee Ave in Fredericksburg Va. Interestingly enough, this comb still articulates fully open after being buried for well over a 150 years! Although having a deep overall dark patina, you can still see on the outer surface a stamping of a multitude of star designs. Small piece has become separated. No visible manufacture marking present.
