Yellow hat cord with acorns and tassels meant for wear on the Model 1858 Dress or “Hardee” hat. Item is complete with light surface dirt and some light uniform fading from age. The acorns look to have a little more dirt on them than the rest of the piece. Of the hat cords for the three main branches, Infantry, Cavalry & Artillery, this is the hardest to find.
