Ivory silk ribbon with gold lettering reads, “VETERAN COMMITTEE RECEPTION, 21ST ANNIVERSARY CO. K., 1ST REGIMENT C.N.G., FEBRUARY 21, 1900”. Gold bullion fringe decorates the bottom of ribbon. A small section of the fringe has come loose from the stitching. Original pin is present on the reverse. Ribbon has light surface dirt.
