Top brass hangar features Indian Chief Kokomo flanked by a U.S. flag on each side and the word, “DELEGATE” in the center. Original pin is present but has come unattached from hangar. Suspended by two chains is a small G.A.R. star. Hanging behind this is a red, white and blue striped grosgrain ribbon. Suspended from the ribbon is a medal with an image of General Thomas J. Harrison. Lettering reads, “29TH ENCAMP’T. DEP’T. INDIANA G.A.R.”. Reverse reads, “29TH ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT DEPARTMENT OF INDIANA / G.A.R. KOKOMO / MAY 19-21, 1908”.
