Framed delegate’s badge from the April 10-12, 1907 encampment. Frame measures approximately 7” x 12” and remains sealed with ribbon enclosed. Red, white, blue ribbon with gold fringe is suspended from bronze-colored metal hanger. Ribbon reads, “DELEGATE / APRIL 10-11-12 / 1907”. Metal hanger features an eagle with “40th ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT / G.A.R”. Suspended below that is the typical G.A.R. star medal, and suspended from that is a 2 ½” x 2 ½” medallion of Liberty with “AT SANTA BARBARA, CAL” along the bottom. Some light wear on cloth otherwise very good. [jet]
